The SKYNET™ MAG round is a 12-gauge anti-drone munition designed to be compatible with magazine-fed 12-gauge shotguns, for rapid deployment against aerial drone threats. After firing, it deploys a tethered web system that wraps around drone propellers, forcing the target to the ground without explosive fragmentation. Rifling induces spin to optimize performance. Safe-Returned Technology™, a built-in parachute effect in the second half of the flight path, is designed to reduce collateral risk beyond the point of engagement.

Safety note (MAG Lead): this round is a ballistic hazard for roughly the first 300 ft of flight. After that, the net assembly slows it to a less-than-lethal level. Always know your target and what is beyond it.

Shot Configurations

• Single Shot: 5-ft diameter web. Standard ground-to-air deployment. Available in Zinc and Lead.
• Twin Shot: double-diameter round with 10 fragments (14" and 24" lengths). Optimized for both ground-to-air and air-to-air engagement. Increases capture probability against fast-moving targets. Available in Lead.

Material Options

• Lead (Mi-5 LEAD): ~950 FPS, recommended effective range up to ~350 ft (106.6 m), per the manufacturer's Q4 2026 spec sheet.
• Zinc: 1,000 FPS, effective up to 320 ft. Cost-efficient for high-volume training and deployment. Zinc specs differ from Lead and aren't covered by the Lead spec sheet.
