Counter-UAS / Interceptors
Drone interceptors
Shoulder-launched, AI-guided counter-UAV interceptors that a single operator can deploy in seconds and recover for reuse. Built for military and law enforcement teams defending people, vehicles and critical sites.
- 3 s shoulder launch
- 15 km control range
- 10 min flight time
- 3 days training
Why interceptors
A reusable drone that hunts the drone
Interceptors put low-altitude air defense in the hands of a single operator. Instead of a one-shot missile, a small high-speed drone launches from the shoulder, locks onto the target and can be recovered and reused.
- 01
Launch
Shoulder-launched from a lightweight handheld aiming platform in about 3 seconds, with no complex setup or specialized crew.
- 02
Acquire and lock
Dual 5.8 GHz analog receivers with optical recognition, automatic locking and an anti-interference design (SkyReaper).
- 03
Intercept
Flight time up to 10 minutes, altitude up to 5,000 m and control range up to 15 km, per the SkyReaper product data.
- 04
Recover and reuse
Reusable interceptors keep the cost per engagement low. The SkyReaper G250 starts at about $4,100 per interceptor.
Mission profiles
Where interceptors fit
Critical infrastructure
Urban counter-terrorism and critical infrastructure protection against single drones or swarms.
Armored and infantry units
Battlefield air defense that travels with armored units and is operable by a single soldier.
Perimeter defense
Border patrol and maritime platform defense, from −10°C to +40°C in all terrain.
Military and law enforcement training
Live-fire counter-drone training with AI-tracking rocket FPV interceptors and shoulder-launched systems.

FAQ
Drone interceptor questions
What is a drone interceptor?
A drone interceptor is a small, high-speed drone launched to find, lock onto and neutralize a hostile drone. The SkyReaper G250/G290 is shoulder-launched from a handheld aiming platform in about 3 seconds and is designed to be recovered and reused.
How does the SkyReaper find its target?
It uses dual 5.8 GHz analog receivers with optical recognition, automatic locking and an anti-interference design. Video comes back over a 720P long-range image link.
What is the range and flight time?
The SkyReaper listing gives a flight time of up to 10 minutes, altitude up to 5,000 m and control range up to 15 km.
What is the difference between the G250 and G290?
Both are SkyReaper high-speed interception drones with about 450 g weight, a 6S 25.2V battery, 5-inch brushless props, 15 km control range and Level 8 wind resistance. The G250 is rated at 60 to 100 m/s and is $4,100. The G290 is rated at 100 to 110 m/s and is $4,600.
How much training do operators need?
The manufacturer states that infantry reach combat proficiency in 3 days. A single soldier can operate the system from −10°C to +40°C.
Where does the ReaperRocket Beta-H07 fit?
The Beta-H07 is an AI-tracking rocket FPV interceptor. The manufacturer rates it at 320 km/h top speed, 100 to 200 km/h cruise, up to 10 minutes of flight, 15 km flight range and up to 2,000 m altitude. It takes off from the ground or a launcher, carries a 300 g payload and uses a YOLO tracking algorithm to engage fixed-wing, delta-wing and multi-rotor targets.
What is the lead time?
Both products list 30 days standard and 60 days for custom development. Contact Maverick Tactical to confirm availability for your order.
