By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase products from us.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Site and purchase products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally able to enter into binding contracts.
• You are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing our products under any applicable federal, state, or local law.
• You will comply with all applicable laws regarding the purchase, possession, transport, and use of less-lethal devices, specialty munitions, and tactical equipment.

Certain products (including Byrna launchers and Skynet Drone Defense rounds) may be subject to additional age restrictions (e.g., 21+) or prohibited in some jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to verify legality in your location before purchasing.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than what is shown on our Site.

All products are sold for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where we suspect illegal intent, prohibited use, or violation of these Terms.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities on any product.
• Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

We ship within the United States only, subject to applicable laws and carrier restrictions. Certain products (including pressurized CO2 cartridges and munitions) may have shipping restrictions or require adult signature upon delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (where applicable), or events beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Due to the nature of our products (particularly less-lethal devices and specialty munitions), many items are final sale once opened or used.

• You will only use products for lawful self-defense, training, recreational, or professional purposes as permitted by law.
• You will not use, modify, or resell products in a manner that violates any federal, state, or local law.
• You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws in your jurisdiction regarding less-lethal devices, projectile launchers, specialty shotgun rounds, body armor, and related equipment.
• You will not export, re-export, or transfer products in violation of U.S. export control laws or sanctions.
• You will not purchase products on behalf of any person or entity prohibited from receiving them under applicable law.

Warning: Misuse of less-lethal devices or specialty munitions can result in serious injury or death. You assume all risk associated with the possession and use of these products.

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Maverick Tactical US or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Some products are sold with manufacturer warranties only; please refer to product packaging or the manufacturer for warranty details.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAVERICK TACTICAL US SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Site or products;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site;
• Any errors or omissions in any content; or
• Any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from us.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maverick Tactical US, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your purchase or use of products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Scott County or Hennepin County, Minnesota, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
