By using our Site or purchasing our products, you consent to the practices described in this policy. Please read it carefully. If this policy conflicts with our Terms of Service on personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.

Information you provide
- Name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number when you place an order or create an account.
- Account details such as username, password, preferences, and settings.
- Payment information — processed by our payment processors (for example Shopify Payments or similar). We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
- Anything you share when you contact customer support or submit a form.
Collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, items viewed or added to cart, and time spent on the Site.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6).
- General geographic location, derived from your IP address.

We may collect personal information directly from you, automatically through the Site (including cookies), from service providers who process data on our behalf, and from partners or other third parties.

We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping, returns, exchanges, and delivery.

We do not sell your personal information for money
Under some state privacy laws, sharing data with advertising partners for targeted ads can still count as a “sale” or “sharing.” You can opt out here.
- Service providers
- Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, analytics, customer support, cloud storage, and hosting that perform services on our behalf.
- Shipping carriers
- We share your name, shipping address, and phone number with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to deliver your order. Some carriers may require an adult signature for certain products.
- Advertising & marketing partners
- We may share information with business and marketing partners (including through Shopify) so they can provide marketing services and show you targeted ads based on your activity on our Site and elsewhere. Their use is governed by their own privacy notices. Opt out of sale/sharing.
- At your direction
- When you ask us to share information (for example shipping an order) or use social widgets or login integrations.
- Affiliates
- With affiliates or others within our corporate group, when applicable.
- Legal, safety & transfers
- If required by law, court order, or government request; to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.

Relationship with Shopify
Our Site and checkout are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services so it can provide and improve them. Information you submit may be transmitted to Shopify and to third parties that may be located in countries other than where you live.
We also use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify. Data security & retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute or “perfect” security. Information you send to us may not be secure while in transit — avoid sending sensitive information over unsecured channels.
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments or similar) that comply with PCI-DSS standards. Payment card data is processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How long we keep data
How long we retain personal information depends on factors such as whether we need it to maintain your account, provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our contracts and policies.

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and web beacons) to track activity on our Site and store certain information. Cookies are small data files that may include an anonymous unique identifier.
We use cookies for
- Essential site functionality (shopping cart, login sessions).

If you visit with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal enabled, we treat that as an opt-out request for the device and browser you use (and for your Shopify account when we can associate the device). Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. These rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances, and we may decline a request as permitted by law.
Access / KnowRequest access to personal information we hold about you.
CorrectRequest that we correct inaccurate personal information.
DeleteRequest that we delete personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
PortabilityReceive a copy of personal information we hold about you, and in some cases ask us to transfer it to a third party.
Opt out of marketingUnsubscribe from promotional emails (and similar marketing) using the link in those messages. We may still send non-promotional messages about your account or orders.
State privacy rights
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (for example California, Minnesota, and others) may have the rights listed above, including access, deletion, correction, portability, and opt-out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
How to submit a request
- Email privacy@mavericktactical.us, use options on the Site (including the opt-out page), or write to the address in Section 11.
- We may need to verify your identity before we can process certain requests, as permitted or required by law.
- You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require proof that the agent is authorized, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us.
- We will respond in a timely manner as required under applicable law. If you disagree with our decision, you may have the right to appeal by contacting us again at privacy@mavericktactical.us, or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority where applicable.
For data processed by Shopify under its own responsibility, you can also use the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Children’s privacy
Our Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected personal information from someone under 18, contact us at privacy@mavericktactical.us and we will take steps to delete it.
Some products we sell are age-restricted (18+ or 21+). We may require age verification to purchase those items.

International transfers
We may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside the country you live in (including through Shopify and other service providers).
If we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent UK contracts, unless the destination country has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
