Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
Maverick Tactical US currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time due to regulatory restrictions on many of our products (including less-lethal launchers, CO2 cartridges, and specialty munitions).
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address where the products may be prohibited by local, state, or federal law.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received and cleared. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events, product launches), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The specific carrier and service level (Ground, 2-Day, Overnight, etc.) will be selected at checkout based on your shipping address and chosen delivery speed.
Special Handling Items
Certain products, including CO2 cartridges and Skynet Drone Defense rounds, may be subject to carrier restrictions, hazmat fees, or adult signature requirements upon delivery. These requirements will be noted at checkout when applicable.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. We strive to offer competitive rates.
- Free shipping promotions (when offered) apply to the contiguous United States only and exclude oversized or heavy items unless otherwise stated.
- Additional fees may apply for oversized packages, hazmat items (CO2, certain munitions), or remote delivery locations (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we are at fault (e.g., we shipped the wrong item).
5. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected. These are estimates only and not guarantees.
- Standard Ground: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited (2-Day / 3-Day): 2–3 business days after shipment
- Overnight: Next business day (order must be placed before cutoff time)
Delivery times may be longer for remote areas, during peak seasons, or due to carrier delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
6. Signature Requirements & Special Products
For security and regulatory compliance, many of our products require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Byrna launchers and kits
- Skynet Drone Defense rounds and specialty munitions
- CO2 cartridges and pressurized items
- Body armor and certain tactical equipment
If no one is available to sign, the carrier will typically leave a notice and attempt redelivery. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the package being returned to us, and you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship.
7. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or app using the provided tracking number.
We recommend monitoring your tracking closely, especially for items requiring signature. If you have concerns about delivery, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- Lost Packages: If a package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors or your local carrier office. Contact us if the package remains missing after this period.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours. Do not discard any packaging materials.
- Delayed Packages: Significant delays beyond estimated delivery times should be reported to us so we can assist in locating the shipment with the carrier.
Our liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the remedies outlined in our Return Policy. We will work with the carrier to resolve valid claims.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping (if you request reshipment) or a restocking fee may apply. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
10. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. This policy is in place due to complex regulatory requirements, export controls, and carrier restrictions on many of our products.
If you are located outside the United States and wish to purchase from us, please contact us at sales@mavericktactical.us to discuss options. We cannot guarantee the ability to ship internationally.
