Overview

The SKYNET™ Drone Defense 3" round is purpose-built for law enforcement, military, and security operations requiring reliable aerial threat neutralization from a standard 3" 12-gauge shotgun. A 6-foot tethered web deploys on contact, wrapping drone propellers and forcing the target to the ground — no explosive fragmentation required.

Available in Zinc, Lead, and Tungsten materials, and pack sizes from 5 to 2,000 rounds. If a round misses, integrated parachute technology ensures a controlled descent, minimizing collateral risk in operational environments.

SKYNET™ Drone Defense System
The SKYNET™ Drone Defense system neutralizes aerial drone threats using standard 3" 12-gauge shotguns. Upon firing, the shell separates into tethered fragments that expand outward, creating a 6-foot diameter web — wider than the 2¾" variant for increased engagement coverage. When the round reaches the drone, the tethers wrap around the propellers, forcing it to the ground. If a round misses, it safely parachutes down, minimizing risk of collateral damage or injury.

Shell Specifications

3" chamber size for compatibility with most standard 3" 12-gauge shotguns. Muzzle velocity: 1,000 FPS. Web diameter: 6 ft — 20% wider coverage than the 2¾" SKYNET variant.
