SKYNET™ Drone Defense: 3" 12-Gauge Anti-Drone Round

The 3" SKYNET™ round separates on discharge into multiple tethered projectile components that expand into a web-like structure of approximately 6 ft, designed to entangle drone propellers, resulting in loss of lift and controlled descent.

Material options

Lead: maximum effective range up to ~420 ft.
Zinc: Zuerillium lead-free alloy, maximum effective range up to ~320 ft.

Safe-Returned Technology™ creates a built-in parachute effect during the latter portion of the flight path, designed to reduce collateral damage beyond the point of engagement. On a miss, the projectile assembly is designed to decelerate during descent to reduce impact risk. Rifling-induced spin improves stability and accuracy in flight.

Safety note: Each configuration presents an initial ballistic hazard during the early portion of flight. The shooter must account for target identification and what lies beyond the target prior to deployment.

Its tethered web is designed to wrap drone propellers, resulting in loss of lift and controlled descent.
